Default Code 20 ELD...converting to obd1

Converting to obd1 using the rywire harness. I have a hasport engine harness as well. Using a dizzy king obd1 dizzy. Car will not start after wiring up everyting like im supposed to. No matter what I unplug or switch around at the dizzy plug for tdc, crank, or cylinder position I only throw code 20 eld. If i have one of the 7 sensor wires unplugged should it not throw a code for this? The car just turns over and over. Checked for spark at each plug and not getting any spark.
Any help would be niiice.

Well, the ecu jumpers are tested to work... and the hasport harness worked on the car... Check grounds man, do you have them ALL? Is the battery FULLY charged?

went through just about every possible way to wire the dizzy plugs and it just wont work. never been so frustrated at my car. im about ready for an ek.

was I supposed to repin a wire into b19 or maybe d10 for the ELD? Or maybe swap a wire around? In my fuse box I have 11.0 volts from the black/yellow wire and nothing from the green/red wire. There is also a black wire. Im assuming this is the ELD unit in the fuse box?

When you hook up a obd0 vtec you take out eld for the vtec oil press wire... so, when you go obd1, you have to put it back in where you took it out. ELD is the green/red wire

using this pinout, it says b19 is for the eld.. I thought b19 was the knock sensor. There is an orange wire in the plug on my harness there but i wont be running a knock sensor with a chipped p28. So is this the spot i should be using for eld?

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by droppedcrxsi &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">When you hook up a obd0 vtec you take out eld for the vtec oil press wire... so, when you go obd1, you have to put it back in where you took it out. I converted to OBD1 but haven't started up the car, because of some set-backs. But I did re-connect the ELD however the only code I have now without even starting it up is just the Vtec OP switch (I'm using the JDM Vtec solenoid with no OP switch.

Put it in b19, the jdm ecu has KS, and the usdm has the eld... This wont cause the car not to start...

do u have fuel?? You just need to figure out the dizzy wiring man... so close

yeah, pin b19 eld and check your dizzy wiring. I just hooked up mine with a dizzy king distributor and I'm cool. Check those two white wires though maybe try fliping them if you already haven't. Which dizzy wiring diagram are you using?

got the ELD fixed, b19 had an orange wire for the knock sensor. Thanks ryan.
As for the dizzy, it has started 2 times but each time I had code 9. Switched the two cylinder wires and no luck. Everything has been traced back to the ecu...

hasport orange, and white wires are in pins b10 and b12 for crank sensor. c1 is orange, c2 is white, c3 is orange/blue, c4 is white/blue.
