Default little help?

After putting in the LS/Vtec inside the rex? Was trying to put on the new valve cover and figured out that one of the bolt were stripped(keeps turning and screw won't come out)..how can i solve this problem, has anyone ever encountered this problem..

Wait..Is the actual bolt stripped? (Rounded off)..Or do you mean the bolt just wont come out after loosening it?

Oh ,well then it's already off..Just pry off the valve cover and bang out the bolt through the bottom..

The valve cover wont come off even after prying it with a screwdriver or somethhing ?? Because this happend to me once ,,THe bolt just kept turning and turning but it wasnt holding down the valve cover tight ,,it was just sitting there so I pryed off the valve cover and banged out the bolt from the bottem and then replaced that junk..
