I think the lip will look much better painted. It looks out of sync with the rest of the body if not. Especially since the only thing black on your car are your tires.
And yea, not too sure about the yellow emblem. Also does not fit. Maybe if you get yellow high beam vinyls, yellow fog lights, and etc. But that is a bit overdoing it. So simplest and cheapest way to go is to remove it, sell it, and get some cash from it.
Otherwise, I love white Integras!@

paint if u must "sigh" then go buy a expensive digi cam and ***** it out because u got a nice shot of a honda.
