Default rear bumper issues, 56k = not good

i had some issues in the winter and my car decided to lose control while i was going 20 in a residential area, but um that cord was the only thing holding the bumper in place cuz the support bolts or w/e was rusted out. so anyone have any idea on how to fix this?? im guessing i cant put another bumper on there till i get some body work done, but i have no idea where to start on this, but even if its only temporary i wanna get the bumper back into place and not hanging out like it is now

ya i know the cancer is bad

thx for looking

replace quater panels and brackets thats rusted out. thats some pretty nasty lookin rust. and replace bumper and tailight.

a bumper not secured is unsafe to other drivers... i would take the whole bumper off and secure my license plate with zip ties.
