scrunching sound over bumps.
when i go over a bump i hear a scrunching sound. its been getting worse lately... does anyone know what the problem might be?
also when i turn my steering wheel there is a squeak and somtimes i feel i lose som power steerin. im not sure if the problem is related, im guessing i jus need som power steerin fluid for that.

Sounds like you're singing the Dry Ball Joints Blues. It's traditional that these cars start singing this tune this time of year. It's not uncommon on high milage Honda's.
You might also look at the sway bar chassis mounting bushings, they too can dry out.
HINT: put your vehicle's year and model info in your signature profile.

Is there any solution for this, aside from changing the ball joint. There will Probably be more reports of this strange (I call it the fart sound) sound comming from the suspensions of their cars. Especially since winter has just started.
"Ball Flatulence" I believe.
Honda came out with a paper describing a procedure whereby they suggested "Massaging" the disconnected ball joints full range, thus redistributing the grease which had turned cold and stiff, allowing the Ball Joint to run dry in cold weather.
It lasted all of 4 weeks.
I bit the bullet and had the lowers replaced.

lube the middle 2 sway bar bushings,, remove the 2 12mm bolts, remove the metal plate, remove the rubber bushing and put some grease in the middle part of the bushing only and on the shaft do not put grease on the outer side of the bushing where the metal plate goes or after you tighten it up it might slip off
Yo rainy try the same thing on your car ///
