94 Accord Question
Hey Guys i posted a few weeks ago about my car smoking early in the morning and smelling funny.Well i was just thinking about it and was just wondering. When my headgasket went back i was putting oil in it and i think i might have over filled the car, is there anyweay that this could have effect onit smoking so bad.It kinda smells like oil being burned and sometimes burning plastic.I also said in my last thread i would post up pics of my HId kit when i get it in well here it is.All the help is much appriciated. Thanks guys.

Yes, overfilling the crankcase could cause excessive smoke. The crankshaft would start whipping this excesss oil up against the lower cylinder walls; and the excessive oil could overcome the oil control rings.

I concur.
Also check your PCV valve.
With the car running pinch the hose with a pair of needle nose pliers and listen for a click from the valve. If there is none go pick up a new one. That could cause smoke too.
