Default Smoke

Could someone tell me if my rings are gone or if my valve seals are leaking or if my turbo seals are gone? Whenever I rev my car blueish/whiteish smoke comes out the exhaust. I did a compression test and I got 167-170 across. My engine was rebuilt to 9.0:1 compression ratio(JG). My head was done to JG Pro Series specs. I've only put approximately 1500 miles on my car thus far. Is it possible if I'm running too rich that could cause this? Up to this day I'm still trying to tune my fuel system. Right now I'm trying to use the Hondata system with 550ccs.

for sure you're burning oil or/and coolant, u cant tell if its rings or valve seals or turbo seals unless you open it up and have a look

What if I do a leak down test? Would that help in determining what's the cause?
Also, I checked my plugs and they show no signs of oil fouling. They are black from too much fuel, not oil.

Blue smoke is coolant. You probably blew your head gasket.

That is correct. My fault. I guess it is all a matter of how blue the smoke was, when compared to white it was.
