this is the car i'm looking at. just wanting to know how much i'm going to end up spending. let me know guys! 98 gsr salvage title.
Its kinda hard to tell from the pic if the front kncukle and rear trailing arm is bent, lca's shocksupper control arms. If you decide just to swap out everything and go 5 lug it shouldnt cost more than 1700. and thats jsut about everything. But thats 5 lug, dont know how much a 4 lug replacement costs. But im sure you could pick one up pretty cheap at a junkyard

Buy it for as cheap as you can get it and part it out...
Assuming it still has an engine/all the interior, etc etc.
You will make a profit

guys the car is fine its just sinking in quick sand.
where did the bottom half of the front rim go.
on a serious note. What are you pans for the car. strip it use the interior/engine. or are you trying to rebuild it. the salvage is going to be a hard one to get rid of.
how many miles on the motor?

i will take the pod w/ gauges and exhaust from you... other than that 120 for the lcas 200 for the coilover sleeves.... umm if you go stock shocks like 60 for the set.. steelies 50 I got an extra set of front lower control arms too for 50.... so 1000 get you back on the sreet basically give or take a couple hundred.....

It definately has frame damage, and not something a frame machine can fix(which costs $$$ too). That rear suspension is going to be costly because I guarranttee it's not an LCA, I bet you anything that rear crossmember(part of the frame of the car, spot welded to the frame/floorpan) got ripped half way off the car. Me and a buddy of mine got a 93 LS for cheap as **** because of the damage to the rear, we got it fixed for about $200 because we did the work ourselves in auto tech shop and had the teacher weld for us but just to give you an idea of what just that portion of the project would be take a look at some of these pictures:

And keep in mind you would need to straighten the frame before replacing that crossmember or it will get all out of wack if you straighten afterwards, if you don't do the work yourself and can actually source out a good crossmember to replace it with, you're talkin some big bucks. You will more then likely also have to replace the trailing arm because chances are that the spindle is bent, that's what we had to do anyway.

buy it... go find a good clean title 98+ shell, or car that needs the useable parts you will have (integra, civic) at the cost of $500-$3000.. rebuild the clean title car and FORGET about rebuilding the salvage car...
i had a friend that was a dealer. i only bought salvage cars for parts.. the only time i rebuilt a salvage car was my (96' Rx-7) and it was a FRAME w/suspension and steelies for $1600 i spent a whole year and upwards up $10,000 rebuilding it to perfection.. and it had NO frame damage..
that integra obviously has suspension/frame damage on the left side. unless you own a body shop with a frame machine, or know someone (i mean know someone, your family, or best friend ) that will help you. do not try to rebuild it..
and i wouldn`t pay more than $2000 for the salvage car... i was able to buy them for $1500 all day when i used to goto IAAI auctions.
just my opinion..
