umm the one u started the thread about......The S-tech's are a little softer than other aftermarket springs , i just put a set on my 97 hatch with some tokico HP's and its pretty smooth,i think thats one of the best DD setup's . i don't see why everyone thinks they need these adjustable setups with race springs and all they do is drive there car on the street..

I have S-Tech's on KYB AGX's (3 in the front/4 in the rear) in my 93 Si and it's a great setup. I road race one in a while and although I could use some higher spring rates, I can drive to and from the track without feeling like I need to have my spine realigned afterwards.
I highly suggest them on a daily driver/once in a blue moon track *****.

H&R sports coupled with Koni special 'red', sport 'yellows', kyb agx, or tokico illuminas may suit your needs. I'd choose the koni reds over the tokico 'blue' HP. And i'd choose the koni sport yellows over the agx or the illuminas.
The H&R sports are at a 276in/lb spring rate front and rear with about a 1.75" drop for the EG/DC2; the DC2R has about 360F/320R. If you wanted stiffer springs and a lower drop get the race springs, but i'd highly suggest either the koni yellows or the tockico illumina in this case.
