heater not blowing warm air HELP
ok... it's really cold outside and i need this working ASAP... the heater is not blowing warm air at all (nothing)... and the car is taking too long to warm up... what can i check to fix this problem??? thremostat??? the fan??? is there any fuse that controls the heater... i dont have the fuse box diagram so i really dont know which one it is if there is one.... need your help please

aside from your thermostat and temp sensor also check your heater hose...that could be a problem to...because when i had my gsr swap i didnt have any heat because of that pinched hose....
If the car takes a while to warm up it is the thermostat. Also check how much antifreeze you have, make sure you have enough because when you run low on antifreeze the cooling system is built so the heater core is the highest point so that it sacrifices heat to protect the engine.
A quick fix is to partially cover your radiator with cardboard on the outside. Chances are you don't want to be changing your T sat with the snow storm that is about to rape you guys. Just keep your eye on the temp gauge, if it starts to heat up just cover less of your radiator. This is also a good check to see indeed it is your thermostat before you go through the trouble of changing in case it is not the T sat.

thanks dude.. holy shiitttttttt...thank god i changed it yeasterday before this storm started.....now it's a lot better... but hell i just spent 40 min to move my car from one side of the street to the other(the car was buried in snow,even with a R.I.P sing and everything)... 35cm of snow or more is not fun...
