Default Too much HP and Torque?

I was shooting for 220+ whp and 150+ wtq all motor b series. I was wondering if i put this in an ek if i would be able to get traction when launching using nitto 555 or similiar street tires, or would i have to use full blown slicks.

just run a DR like the BFG's and use a wider tire than stock. And i'm sure an LSD wouldn't hurt, you should be fine.

no such thing as too much hp/tq IMO...

I have about 200/145 in my EK and if you floor it in first gear, it will roast the tires at anything above 3k rpms...

Ive tried DR at the track and theyre alright, but slicks hook up sooo much better...

At the track on street tires I have to modulate 1st gear, then floor it in 2nd. Usually when 2nd gear vtec hits, it breaks them loose again. Once third comes it doesnt break them loose anymore and i just hold on for the ride

learn to control the throttle. That will fix your traction problems and its free.

Your viper boys and and other high power vehicles have to learn this. Just don't except to take a grocery getter with two throttle positions of full open and full closed and swap in a hot motor and except to be able to just floor the throttle all the time.

you should be able to get decent traction with BFGs.. I get 2.0 60fts no problem with 205-50-15 BFGs and no LSD...
