i dont have my civic yet but i do have eibachs well my trd coils are made by eibach and im not the biggest fan and the cavi that we put them on didnt handel to mutch nicer either both have sportlines and they feel to soft still way better then stock but still to soft all personal pref. though
i would say to go with tein s-techs if they make any thing for the civics (dont see how they wouldnt lol) im picking them up for my tc they are very nice
but then again the eibach might be better for the civic

Ground Control + Tokico Illumina shocks.
The Ground Control is a coilover setup, which allows you to adjust the ride height. It's very good to have your daily drive your car. You can change it as the road conditions vary in your area (i.e snow/ice/etc).

I've heard mixed reviews on the Ingalls kit. I'm probably going to stick with Skunk2/Omni.

Why?
As far as the suspension goes, I would go with Ground Controls, I loved mine and when you go with springs you run the risk of the car not sitting level. Shocks, id go with Illuminas or Koni Yellows.
