I've been the proud owner of a j-b16a for just over 15,000 miles, and I'm sure there's some type of valve adjustment/tune-up/something I should probably be getting done about now.

If someone could just let me know what's recommended, considering I don't have an accurate measure of the "true" mileage on the car, I'd appreciate it.

I'd also like to have my timing advanced to the OEM accepted max (up 2 degrees to 18, I believe) and would like to know where I could go to get something like that done, and the expected cost. If you could, please also include an est. cost for any tune-ups/adjustments recommended @ this time.
