No, do not use anything but acorn style lug nuts on stock Honda wheels.

if you use the grey spoon lug nuts with acorn seats that were for s2k then yes they will work.....

where can I get the acorn seats? does my stock ITR setup have the seats? I got the Red ones as a gift, how do they differ from the grey?

 

The red lug nuts are tapered, and cannot be used safely with stock wheels.

There is no way to change the seat style of the lug nuts. You will have to wait until you change to aftermarket wheels to use the red Spoon lug nuts.
