It'll bolt up fine.

 

i have a 2001 j30a1 tranny with 47K on it, all original not slipping hard shifts or anything. I am swapping in an H22, so don't need it. Have the motor as well if you interested in that as a spare or replacement. PM me if you are interested in either one or both
