Default 1988 honda integra wont startfuel pump replaced

we have replaced the fuel pump and it still will not start. the problem deteriated and sometimes it would start and you could hear the fuel pump prime itself on initial turn of the key. now there is nothing. the fuel pump seems dead so we replaced it and it did not fix the problem. we have tested for +5 volts at the TPS and is ok so this means ECU is ok. any other suggestions would be apprieciated.

Have you confirmed that you're getting spark? You also may want to loosen the bolt on the fuel filter a little bit when the key is on and make sure you have fuel.
