Check engine light w/VFAC
I did a scearch with no luck so here goes.
I had a chipped p28 w/ a VFAC that stopped working a week ago.(Check Engine light would not cycle off and the car would not start.)
I put in a p30 JDM and now the Check engine light is on with code 23 and 36
23 is knock sensor and I don't know what 36 is. the good news is the car runs.
My question is " Is this a common thing and is the P30 throwing the code 23 because of the VFAC and what is a code 36?

I'm not using a Plug n Play harness so I would have to uninstall it. That would be a pain in the a**. I have heard that these piggy back systems cause problems sometimes, I have been using it for about 9 months with out a hitch.
Also heard Hondata, uberdata, Neptune do the same. I'm being told to go with an AEM EMS but I couldn't find 1299 laying around.
Any advise or suggestions would be appreciated.
