How can I reach bolts through bushings to torque them with the car not jacked?

How can I reach bolts through bushings to torque them with the car not jacked?
Mainly the upper control arm bolts, but there are a few others that I just can't reach with the car resting it's weight on these bushings which is how you're supposed to tighten them? I have polyurethane bushings, so from what I understand - this is even more important to prevent binding and cracking of the bushings.
This is on a G3 Integra.
