Default tranny problems in a 90 integra RS HELP PLEASE!

i jus installed a jdm b16a1 tranny on my 90 integra RS with a GSR clutch but when it was installed it made these wierd noises. example when i shift into any gear it makes noises like somethingz spinning and clinking... i'm pretty sure my tranny is junk and the main bearing is screwed up but does anyone have any other idea or anything else they can think of that is wrong and making this noise? because my car still feels like it pulls hard and works find jus a lot crazy noises and sounds like its about to fall out.

um you might have used the wrong clutch depending on the type of trnasmission you have. if its a y1,j1, a1, or s1 type tranny they have smaller clutch splines then the 92-01 bseires trannys which the gsrs use.

it's a y1.. so if it is a y1 then the clutch is to big for the tranny? that is one thing i thought to when i heard the noise but when i fitted the gsr clutch on the splines it fit perfectly. would that matter or not?

lol theres no gsr clutch out there that will fit the small splined trannies....all the gsrs had larger splined trannies. id say its the clutch.
