Default Seized H22... rebuild... what?

Ok guys I have the opportunity to buy the motor from my friend's 01 Prelude. The engine only has 15k on it but the thing is, he seized it. I beleive he said he drained the coolant and forgot to put it back in and cranked the motor.
The dealership told him he screwed a piston and a rod up, so I figure I can just get new pistons/seals/pins everything to take care of that.

I'm wondering, what else should I fix/look at to get this bad boy running? Like would a complete rebuild be necessary? And do you think it would be worth it?

I think it will be I just want to know what Im getting myself into.
