alternator/ starter swap

i was wondering if anyone has ever tried to swap an alternator from a 90 crx si stock engine into a crx si with a b16 swap and if it worked.

also for the obd1 conv. do you need the obd1 dizzy or stay with the obd0, and can i use a dizzy off of a single cam vtec head

i don't think you can use an obd 1 on a obd distributor as for the alternator to my knolage they dont fit b16 are bigger

so are you saying that if i do a obd1 swap that i have to get the obd1 dizzy or can i stay with the obd0 dizzy?
