Default fuel pressure.

Just wanted some input on what the static or idle fuel pressure on my car should be. Currently, I have a cold air intake and cat back exhaust with a dinan stage 2 chip on my h22a1. That's a bout all I have right now. I have hooked up a short sweep fuel pressure gauge and I'm noticing that my fuel pressure seems a bit low. I have noticed that most cars have a fuel pressure of around 43 at idle and mine is sitting at around 30 - 32 or so. Does this seem a bit low to other people as well? On a different web site, someone said that this is normal and a tech in my city said that this was a bit low and his rationale was that my stock fuel pressure regulator was probably worn down. Can anyone else shed some light on this subject for me please. I am also going turbo within the next month. All I need is a downpipe and exhaust manifold so how would this low fuel pressure work with boost, an FMU and an inline fuel pump? Thanks again.

well it is a bit low but just raise the fp on it to feel safe. even though you will produce more hp when you are running leaner.
