Hey guys. I need to get my emissions done, but I can't pass b/c my check engine light is on. The two codes are:

(I might be a letter or number off. The guy at autozone has barely legible scrawl)

P1259 - Manufacturing Cotrol - Fuel Air Metering

P0141 - 0-2 sensor Heater Circuit Malfuntion

I suspect the second one is due to a bad 02 sensor (the one in the cat). It is just a suspicion though. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks guys.

 

ECU? Engine? Type of o2 sensor (how many wires)?

Oh blah, can't help you then, I dunno crap about obd2 ecus.

 

My turn! Fuel air metering = O2 sensor. I can't remember if that code is for primary or secondary sensor, but you've got a bad (or unplugged) O2 sensor.

 

Thanks all. In case anyone was curious it was the secondary O2 sensor.
