Can someone please tell me where the starter is located on my 99 GSR. I think it is on the passenger side, but I can't seem to find it. Is it under the distributor cap? Does anyone have any pics as well. I need your help pleaaaaaase.

 

Dont have pics, but your in the right spot, its like directly under the dizzy cap, it will be sitting horizontaly, and its a cylinder kind of shaped thing.

it sits on the tranny..it should be under the dizzy...you might have to move some wire loom to really see it or get at removing it

 

thanks guys, does anyone have any pictures of it still on the motor? all i can seem to find are pics of it off the motor.. .thanks.. im heading back outside!

um, i dont know what that pic is, but it's not a b-series. looks like an H. anyway...picture that....except with the starter on the other side of the tranny...near the firewall.

I just pulled that off google, said it was 94 gsr.
