does any1 kno where i can get the type r conversion for cheap??? i mean real chep, ive seen it sell for like less than 2000 for sheet metal....and less than 1500 for the fiber glass.....please help....

 

If its that cheap, its possibly incomplete. Incomplete kits will turn a great deal into a nightmare for your wallet if you have to piece out the kit. Either that, or theyre used and pulled off of wrecked JDM R's. In this case, they could be damaged, in which you'll end up paying more at the body shop for repairs and installation.

You could get lucky and score a used conversion off of someone thats in great shape as well, but that all comes down to finding someone trustworthy who is selling the conversion.

 

you do have to find someone trustworthy! Good used complete conversions is VERY hard to come by! Good Luck...try jdmhondaparts.com or GiffChan and you might also want to try Coporal Jeff: I think he changed his screen name??? Hes from Jersey and can get the kit!

Like I said............its hard to come by.....like trying to find a needle in a hay-stack!

 

there's http://www.extremedimensions.com, you could try that place however i cant remember if the kit they have is sheet metal or not. if anyone else has had any experience with these people pls post some feedback...i wanna kno if the s15 conversion kit would be worth getting.
