Vibration at idle during cold temperatures
I have a 98 accord 4-cyl. automatic with 141k miles and bought it brand new. Does anybody on this forum experienced what i have?
1) Vibration at idle while in gear during cold temperatures outside?
2) During spring and summer months vibration is only slight and normal.
3) Vibration disappears when I give gas and move the car or idling in neutral.
4) Vibration incresaes when a load is put on the car like A/C, lights, etc.
5) Front and rear motor mount brand new and put on by local honda dealership.
6) I live in Georgia and cold temperatures reach 30 degrees in december.
7) Idle air control valve has been replaced 1 year ago with OEM part.
Other than this car runs great. Is this normal Honda behavior?

That sounds like the same thing going on in my car right now.... bump for an answer.
Speculation was a motor mount.
I get vibration mostly from the passenger side of the engine bay.

I have been told this is the idle control valve which has a screen that gets a lot of build up and needs to be cleaned. I have this on my list of things to do myself but have not gotten to it yet. Seems like a simple task to me. I have located the assembly but that is it for me.

I hadn't looked at you alias, but the avitar caught my eye. I was going to ask if
that wasn't a TR3 noise. But you alias says it.
I wish I still had the 3 TR3s I had as a kid!!!
