Default need a bit of help

aight guys here's the deal i've got a fully built ls/vtec teg. motor is 100% sound. after rebuild ran perfect for 3 days 200 miles with no rpm time spent over 4300 rpms. 4th day came out car would not stay running, isolated that the only thing i didnt change were the clutch and flywheel so i went ahead and tested and sure enough on jack stands the car would run until you depressed the clutch and then would sputter and die. after the clutch change i started it up and it ran fine for about 5 mins and then the same thing. i checked every connection i can think of and they are all fine. perfect pin fit and everything. as for a list of mods to help in the diagnosis process here goes.
99 ls block bored to 82mm
eagle h beam connecting rods
jun 12/1 comp. pistons
king bearing and rings
arp head studs
jegs 82mm ls/vtec headgasket
01 ITR head w/ported exhaust ports
ferrea 1mm oversized valves
dual ferrea valve springs
buddy club spec 3 cams
inline pro gears
spoon 70mm throttle body
hondata s100
rc 310 injectors
walbro 255lph fuel pump.
competion clutch stage 2
stock gsr flywheel
ITR trans with quaife
intake
apexi 2 1/2 inch header and collector
cats.com 2 1/2 custom cat
stock JDM itr 2 1/2 inch exhaust

i am a three year gold level certified honda tech and i am utterly stumped i have check everything i know or could think of. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

can you eplain more of what happens when it dies, does it not idle, when you give it throttle does it bog out then die, etc?

it starts and runs perfectly, like any car should after 2 mins it starts to bog out and stall. try to keep it running with the throttle body or accelerator and the motor fights the attempted increase in rpms and still stalls. but will restart and run the exact same every single time. a somewhat confusing thing because i dont know of a single sensor that would cause something like this. any ideas are greatly appreciated. thanks

i know of two sensors that would cause this 1.MAP sensor 2.TPS

also, make sure you have the right plugs connected to the right sensors...
