Maybe it's just the angle of the camera but....
All that tire scrubbing is pointless. One or two good warm up laps (which you should be doing anyways to get heat into the brakes) will heat the tires nicely.
Practice your rev matching.
You apex way too early. And go easy on the gas out of the corners, you'll find it's faster.

new mods since my last cameracar posted here are short 4th and 5th gears, and project mu level 900 brake pads

It's just a rule of thumb, you don't scrub tires in on pit lane.
