Any ideas on what to do since its been sitting on jack stands for four months? Firstly, the oil (obviously is all at the bottom of the engine) what do I need to do in this area, put a little oil from the top to let it flow and coat the internals? Anything else I should do/ check? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks..

4 months doesn't seem long enough to worry about it. I would just fire it up, but let it come up to temp slowly.

I would take it off the jackstands before you drive anywhere.

You'll need to put some air in the tires, if not right away, then soon. They probably lost air over the course of several months.

Just fire the engine up, as long as your battery is fully charged.

The first few stops will be noisy; the surface of the rotors is probably rusty but that will wear away after a few stops.
