Just wondering which model of Zeal these coils are? i was told that they are 14kg front and 10kg rear springs, and yea, its very tight and much stiffer than my previous Tein HA's which were 8kg front and 6kg rear.

it looks like the zeal B6 (stroke adjustable, chromoly body, 6way damping adjustable, 12/8 or 10/6 kg/mm zeal coil springs, aluminum top mount)
but then B6 is silver color
maybe it is an older model of zeal which is already discontiuned

 

Tough to say for certain but if it has adjustable dampering and obviously the adjustable shock body length then it is either a Function B6 (steel body) or Function S6 (Aluminum Body). The colors seem all miss matched and those springs don't look like zeal springs.

Depending on how old they are the internal piston design might be the old style. I believe the new piston became standard somewhere around '03-'04.

 

The springs are also made by Zeal, and the body is aluminum too, alot lighter than any other unit that i held before.

 

Those are S6, the gold anodizing is for some garage, whose name escapes me. There was a set for sale on Yahoo JPN Auctions about a year ago:



I've seen a pair of these too (notice the different sticker); these were valved for like 24K/20K spring rates:

 

^^thanks alot for the info. Just cause they are valved for like 24k/20k spring rate, it doesnt mean that they came with those springs? well, i guess ill never know what i have really..but they drive amazin, so no complaints there.
