I know the rear and front struts/springs are not interchangable, but are the passengers and drivers side interchangable?

Oops, I didn't realize you wanted to know about the shocks also (EG's do not have struts). The front shocks will not swap from one side to the other because the brake line brackets are made to be on a specific side. If you did swap them, you would have to zip tie the brake lines into place to keep them from rubbing on anything.

The rear shocks will swap, and the front & rear springs will too...

 

Thanks. I took a look at them and the only thing that seemed to be different were the brackets.
