No. It's the turn signals. But then you need the lights to fit it properly...then the filler panel...then the hood...then the fenders.
IMO: Not worth it and played out.
EDIT: Oh and I forgot...you also need to modify your rad support a bit to close the hood and make it latch. Since we EF lovers have such ******* gay *** hood latches, it's a ******* bitch to get it to line up. We dented the **** out of my brother JDM EF9 hood getting it to shut at the track. The next day he wanted to trade his JDM front end for a black USDM front end, he said he would do the work so the hassle wasn't there, but he never did. It's getting painted soon so we will fix it all.

The jdm one differs by it being 2 inches longer than the usdm model. It has as pictured above a 2nd large air vent opening in the upper section, and is made to fit with the different shaped jdm headlights and rad support.
