check for any blown fuses. Check for blown bulbs.
If none of that works, go check to make sure the harness is plugged into the taillight in the back.

You probably have your accelerator cable too tight; and some lube couldn't hurt.

As far as the lights...sounds like a short, check wires with an ohm-meter to see try and narrow it down.

check your brake switch under the dash at you pedal there should be a stopper that pushes on the switch when you dont have your foot on the brake. that stopper could have broke or could be a bad switch or blown fuse.

- we couldnt find a blown fuse
- we got a new brake switch yesterday and will swap it today hopefully
- if that doesnt work then i will narrow it down with the ohm meter like you said.

as far as the pedal getting stuck:
- we cleaned the throttle body and it still does it.
- it sticks with no throttle... the pedal wont go down, you have to tap it loose
- i looked in the engine bay and was pushing on the actual throttle and it got stuck right there. what should we use for lude?

thanks
