ls/vtec build idea's needed
hey everyone, i just got a 97 gsr shell. well lets make the story short here are my plans.
2001 type R head
b16 port and polished entering manifold
stock type R cams
bottom end
ls block
p30 pistons
stock rods
stock balanced ls crank
this setup includes I/H/E off course and hopefully ill tune it on hondata. what kind of numbers should i expect? any suggestions would be great

ditch the stock cams, there is plenty of power to be had with more aggresive profiles ..
also upgrade to ARP rod bolts..
