Do you alarm goes off when u disconnect the battery and then reconnect?

Lets say you disconnect your battery, and later, re-connect your battery. Shouldn't your alarm arm itself once the battery is re-connected?

my pager alarm isnt arming itself... which kinda sucks right?

if its viper or clifford, u need a bit-writer to reprogram it.

my integra oem one goes off when i reconnect the battery, i just had to do this 2 days ago. It sucks because i have to enter a code for the stereo, and i keep forgetting where i put it.
