Hey guys I have Tokico Illuminas and eibach pro kit and am in the process of installing them. I just have a quick question. Is this the correct order of parts. The bumpstop, silver washer, dust boot, black washer, then the top hat? or do you not use that black washer as it looks the same as whats on the top of the dustboot.
Heres some pics.

top of dust boot

Also in one of the dustboots there was some o ring but the others dont have it. What is that?? and is it needed?
Thanks

yup, youve got it correct, left to right in order.
you can omit the black washer. its not really needed, but its usually there anyway.
as for the rubber band, not sure. i wouldnt worry about it.

thanks a lot man! Just another question. When you bolt the suspension together you know how the two screws coming up the top hats go into the body of the car. How do you get that to be in the right position for the bottom to bolt up? If you put the shock together its to tight to spin if it doesnt line up right. Do you have to compress the spring then tun it then do it again??
Also what is the torque spec on the nut on the shock shaft and the 2 nuts that the shock bolts to the car?
Thanks

you need to clock the shock and top hat before tightening it down.
helms mentions some paint marks for your car.
