Default Those of you with ARP rodbolts!

Did u have to take your rods out and get them resized? or do u just take out the old ones and torque down the arp rod bolts? also is it the same torque spec as stock for the arp bolts?

i got them resized.. they warp a lil when u installed the new rod bolts

So can i pull the rods and pistons have them sized with the pistons attached and
re install these on the oem crank bearings when i put them back in?
I picked up a bottom end with only 60k so the bearings and hone is good

you need to resize the rods. You can leave the pistons on the rods. Our machine gives us space to work with them. we just pull the rings off the pistons.
If the bearings look unused, sure use them. But I would replace them while in the motor

Resize wilh the new bolts torqued, as a matter of fact you allways resize on a rebuild. read the above posts.
