gonna try amsoil!! but got a ?

ok im about to go with amsoil on my motor..my motor has about 111,000 miles..bought my car with 105K on it and was using M1..now would like to try amsoil but, they have quite a few dont know what to use...so help me out!!..its a 95 b18c1. dont redline often, just hit vtec a few times to get a kick out of it..

10w-40 high performance

10w-30 ATM turbo formulated

5w-30 high performance

5w-30 XL

10w-40 XL

10w-30 XL

it calls for 5w-30 so i would go with 1 of those

ok all you amsoil users what do u guys you on your higher mileage motor....

I would recomend ASL 5W30 for your car.
