It's Christmas time, and for my lady, I'm purchasing her a new car stereo system, new speakers, etc. However, while I've been able to find the details for rear speakers/front door speakers for her car, I cannot find any info on the front, in-dash speakers.

These are blown and need replacing. But, since I can't find what size of speakers I should get, I'm stuck in a rut.

Anyone help? In-Dash Speakers for a 1999 Honda Accord Coupe

 

i think rear speakers are 6x9, front door 6 1/2.

 

Yes, that's right. Front door/rear I have the info from.

What I'm talking about is th FRONT IN-DASH speakers. That are in the front dash-board. These are clearly busted, and need replacing. It would do me no good to purchase lots of speaker stuff for the rest of the car, and have these front dashboard speakers still blown out

 

i think 1 or 1 1/2 but why u worry about them just cut them off, cuz they can't handle high watt.

If you want to be clean and have a nice setup, you could buy a set of 6.5" components, mount the 6.5's in the door like normal, and place the tweeter's in the dash in place of your blown ones. Just a thought...
