hey guyz....my friend just send me sum pics of his head ( i dont know wat the f*** he did to it ..... ) but can u guyz please tell me if that part is possible to replace? or its part of the head, its a b16A2 head......heres sum pix......thanxxxx !!!

thats the valve guide you should take the head to a shop and have them check it out if your not sure
