how much to pay for a rebuild engine/tran?

How much would you say is reasonable for a rebuilt engine/tran with 65k on it? (90 si engine)

is there something wrong with it that makes it need a rebuild because 65000 isint a lot of miles and are you just gonna rebuild with stock parts???

no i meant it's been rebuilt (stock parts) and has about 65k on the rebuild.
