I have a '97 accord and when I turn the ignition to on my corner lights, tail lights, radiator and cooling fans all turn on. The cooling fan relay sounds wierd, I swapped it with another relay and same thing. When i have no relay there it stops making noise, but the lights are still on. Also when I turn the headlights on it stops. What could be wrong?
