due to the positive response from the last pix i posted this past thanksgiving of my buddy's champ white R, went back and did some magic on another one. hope you guys like this one too...ITR calendar worthy?

It looks like you want way overboard with the contrast. And there's a lot of noise on the lower bumper, but that could be because of all the contrast you added. Also the valve cover seems to have lost some quality, it looks wierd.

I'd suggest just going back and reediting it with less contrast and you'll have yourself a very sick pic.

 

No EXIF info on the pic, but the I don't like the contrast. The bumper looks like it came out clear but then the rest ...I just don't like pics that are way over saturated / too much contrast.

thanks for the comments fellas, even the constructive ones. however, you guys have to be able to think outside of the mundane and predictable. i know EXACTLY what i did to the picture...thats the whole point it is intended as an artpiece, a variant to what you expect . otherwise, it would just be another hohum itr with the hood open-

i'm playing with photoshop right now and experimenting with different media. i'm actually an abstract painter getting my hand "wet" with digital media for the first time.

Not sure if you know, but those are OEM fogs.

 

i love oem fogs.

so glad that i got them, oh man simply amazing.

 

I think it is a very artistic shot and I like it- I hope you don't mind but it just got added to my desktop rotation.

Nothing hosted with We-Todd will have EXIF, it get's stripped. I agree, the contrast is a bit extreme...it takes away any detail from the dark regions of the image. Plus the crop is too tight...the fenders are cut off slightly. Other than that, it's nice.
