Mind reworking that ? I could be a douchebag here but I know what it's like to depend on HT and not get a response due to being overlooked by the "check out my new rotas that look just like that other car' threads.

Problem: Youre throwing code 14. Car is idling at 1500RPM. Fails inspection (obviously with a code)

You have tried: Cleaning and replacing IACV

Maybe try getting a voltmeter and testing all your wires out that are related to that sensor. My car was down for a while with me trying to figure out a distributor problem (replaced dizzy and all) and it ended up being the insulation worn off the wire and grounding it at the firewall.

good luck

Let's start with the basics, my barely literate friend:

1.) what car?

2.) what motor?

3.) what ECU?
