I don't know if an owner's manual even has the correct pressure. It's usually very specific to the model and option package from my understanding where as a manual is super generic to a line of cars. I honestly don't know.
But ya, you should have one. Might find one cheap in a junk yard or ebay also.

The Honda owner's manuals and service manuals have information for all versions of the models covered by the manual. Where the information varies from one version to another, the specific information for each version is indicated in the manual, and this is true for all the information in the manual - air pressures, fluid capacities, etc. For example, the owner's manual for the 2001 Integra shows that the recommended air pressure is 35 front / 33 rear for the LS, GS, GS-R, and Type R, but 29 front / 29 rear for the SE (Special Edition) model.
Important and frequently-referenced service information, like tire pressures, oil capacity, etc, are repeated on the last page of the owner's manual (facing the inside back cover).
