Default h22 install!! HELP

I REALLY need help! i know this may be diffecult for anyone to answer or describe what to do but, im to my last resorts right now. I spent all yesterday trying to put my h22 into my lude. I WAS defeated by the engine.
This is my situation....I have a cherry picker with a chain. One end is connected to the tranny, next to the VSS, and the other is on that bracket next to the powersteering pump.I have the motor all together: head, block, accesories, tranny . I have the left and right motor mounts bolted to the motor and the rear mount bracket(that L lookin thing) connect to the engine too. What am i doing wrong. PLEASE HELP... Any advice would help. THanks Guys

Where i have the chain hooked up, are those good places to do it?
WHAT DO I DO TO PUT IT IN?
HOW DO I PUT IT IN.
i knwo you have to angle the tranny in first then let the other side down next. But its such a tight fit.

Guys im REALLY STUCK. im to the point that im giving up. Can anyone please give me soem advice.

you need to take all of the motor mounts off. leave the back braket bolted to the middle cross member, and the key is to dip the tranny side under the passanger side mount.. you have to keep trying . the motor needs to go in at an angle, and its best to have as much stuff taken off as possible to give you room.

should i connect the mounts to the chassis? And what do you mean leave the back bracket connect to the cross member. Are you talking about the Sterring rack? SO I SHOULD TAKE OFF THE ac, powersterring and alternator? So it should just be tranny, motor, intake manifold thats all?

like he said, angle the tranny side down, get a friend to help you , i took off my alt, unbolted the ac compressor and used some string to hold it out of the way since i didnt unbolt the lines. left the rear mount on, took off the tranny mount completely, same with the drivers side mount, its kinda a pain but get a friend to help you move it into place

no dont worry about the mounts UNTILL the back bracket is bolted on and the motor is in place. then you can jack the motor up and bolt them in its ALOT EASIER!

Ya, i left the rear mount bracket bolted to the engine so the only thing i had to do is line it up and install the one big bolt that goes through.

i put mine in the other day, it was extremely easy, alot easier than last time. I had tranny mount on the tranny, and rear bracket on. No half shaft, no driver side mount, no front bracket, no p/s, no alternater. Chaines were hooked up to one of the tranny bolts in the upper rear near the thermostat, and the other hooked up to the p/s hook. I used a leveler it helped out, but just mount up the rear and tranny mounts, then do the front one. Then take off the tranny one, then u should be able to figure out the rest.

guys its not that hard to get it in there....and you definitely dont need to be taking the accessories off....

take the middle crossmember off, lower it through the engine bay at an angle, then set it down on the ground, and then pick it back up straight....its simple...
