Reverse getting stuck
Everytime I put it into reverse and back out, I can't get it out of reverse. It really gets stuck in there. I have to man handle it to get it out and that usually takes about 2 minutes to get it out of reverse. The clutch is a competition clutch 6 puck sprung and its only been on there 6 months. Do you think its the clutch, low on tranny fluid, or is the tranny going bad. Thanks for you time!
well then first, yes, check your fluid level. my car got really sticky like that after i used red-line MTF and road raced laguna seca. Now my car won't coast backwards in the reverse gear, i have to muscle it with the engine. But sense you're using Honda MTF i don't think you've experienced premature wear like me. It sounds like maybe your reverse change holder or 5th/reverse shift piece pin are out of spec. but that's probably worst case because you'll have to get into the tranny to fix.
Things you can do:
Check fluid, check for (doubtful) bent shift linkage, worn or loose shifter bushing. and one more thing drive the car slow in a very tight circle to the right and maybe the left also. Its not unheard of for the LSD to get stuck on the R and cause a sticky reverse despite what they say. If it is stuck the inside tire will want to spin as fast as the outer one, even when going very slow. but if you've always used Honda fluid i doubt this will be the case.
Good luck

I don't think that would cause it to get stuck in gear...

probably not, but it's a simple solution that's worth a try.
When my LSD stuck it clammed up everything in there.
