Default Head Tollerances for b20 Problems...Help!!!

I have a b16a2 with 35 thousand off of the head (worked well in the b16 until i had a bottom end let go on a lapping day) Now that I have an exhausted b16 bottom end and a good head, I am thinking about a CR-vtec. Will I have clearence problems with 35thousand off of the head? I am planning to use the stock b20 bottom end.

b20b should be fine but b20z has higher compression pistons so there might be some issues
