i got a bone stock cx hb what should i do to make it quicker without spend to much money i dont need a race car but something quick

 

i dont think it is possible to make a 8v 70 hp car quick with out spending a decent amount of money. first suggestion get a d16 head swap it in, cheap and a start and an ex or si tranny. some will say just swap a b16 in. search around you'll figure it out, but that engine has to go.
