i was wondering if the o2 sensor on a 96 civic dx oges bad would it make it so that the car wouldnt start at all? my car wont start at all right now. it cranks and cranks. and a few days ago my check engine light came on and i got it checked and it said o2 sensor bank one sensor 2 high voltage. so i was wondering if that would make it not start at all. thanks a lot

 

well if its a cel 41 then it mit have fried some wiring,or just blew the ecu fuse

 

yeah if you getting to high of voltage check all your fuses and then go from there to check all you ignition parts
